On November 18, 2023, the foundation laying ceremony of " Research and Development (R&D) and Production Base Expansion Project of Wind Power Lifting Equipment and Intelligent Fire Protection System" for Hebei TLD New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Protech Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd., was held in Dachang, Hebei province. Nian Fang Qing, the deputy secretary general of Wind Machinery Branch of China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, was invited to attend the ceremony. He joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony and laid the foundation for the project together with many guests.
