TLD Offshore Platform Crane is a kind of lifting equipment used to transport goods from offshore transport ship to offshore wind power platform in harsh marine environment.
The Offshore Platform Crane is driven by the reduction motor. The electric control box controls the reduction motor to drive the steel wire rope drum to rotate, and cargo rises or falls at a fixed speed through the hook. It is convenient and fast to lift the cargo in different directions by rotating the hand wheel which adjust the direction of main arm, with rotation angle range of ±180 °(non-continuous rotation).
Offshore wind power operation and maintenance process could be affected easily by marine environmental factors, which means high requirements for operation and maintenance supporting facilities. Anticorrosive coating of Offshore Platform Crane can protect against the severe C5 environment: marine environment, offshore platform and high salinity coastal area. The reduction motor is equipped with a shield to isolate the motor from the marine moisture; The wire rope and hook assembly bounce back to the confined space in non-operational mode, Which prevents wire rope from being corroded because of exposure in corrosive environment.
When the hook lifting and the bending plate of the buffer touches the upper limit switch, the offshore platform crane stops running upward. If the upper limit switch fails and the hook continues to run upward, the limit bits switch will be triggered, causing an emergency stop of the crane.
The lift adopts high grade torsion resistant stainless steel wire rope to avoid breakage caused by rotation when lifting heavy objects
The DXZ muti-functional limit switch provides two signals: one is the deceleration signal when the crane approaches the upper and bottom limit switch, and the other is the stop signal for the crane running downward to stop at the end point.
Anti-tripping device on the hook to prevent the sling from falling off the hook.
